Plai Date is small and made by people. Write to hello@plaidate.com and a person will answer — usually within a day or two.

My invite isn’t showing up

Sign in with the same phone number the invitation was sent to. That number is how the two halves of a connection find each other, so an invite sent to one number won’t appear if you sign in with another.

I’m not getting notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for Plai Date in your phone’s settings — iOS and Android both let you turn them off per app, and turning them back on inside the app can’t override that. If they’re allowed and still quiet, tell us which phone you have and we’ll look at it from our side.

Something looks wrong, or I have an idea

There’s a feedback room inside the app — tap the icon in the top corner of your connection. It goes straight to us, and you’ll see when something you raised gets fixed. Email works too.

I want my data, or I want it gone

You can delete your account from inside the app: the “G” circle in the bottom bar → Account → Privacy. Deletion is explained in full, including what happens to the space you shared with someone else, on the account deletion page.
